Due to the perishable nature of our tea blends and food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items; however, we are committed to ensuring you love every sip and will replace any damaged or incorrect orders.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

    Provide Documentation

    Attach clear photos of the shipping box, the product packaging, and the batch number if you are reporting a quality concern or shipping damage.

    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or approval for a replacement shipment.

  • 4.
    Resolution Delivery

    Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement of your loaded tea kits at no extra cost.
